Each session follows a clear structure:
First half: a SLAVE pattern theme—mechanics and clearing, dismantling the loop
Second half: recalibration and stabilization—so the update sustains beyond the session. Followed by live interactive work with Talíyah, where participants workshop patterns and symptoms in real time while others witness and integrate.
